This exclusive scholarship program is thoughtfully designed for ambitious women like you. It empowers you to advance your career through focused and impactful skill development.

The SkillReBoot program offers two distinct pathways to help you refresh and enhance your professional capabilities:

• Professional Skills Course: A focused 6-week program to develop essential professional skills for career advancement.
• Professional and Technical Skills Course: A comprehensive 12-14 week program designed to equip you with the latest technical expertise in your chosen field and professional skills for career advancement.

Professional Skills Programs

Includes: Self-analysis, effective communication, job search practices, profile/resume building, interview preparation

Total Duration: 6 weeks
Live Sessions: 8 sessions
Self-Study:    5-6 hours weekly                         
Mentoring & Networking: 4 sessions

Technical and Professional Skills Programs

Total Duration: 12-14 Weeks
Technical Skills Live Sessions: 8-12 sessions/per track
Self-Study:    3-4 hours daily                          

Professional Skills Live Sessions: 8 sessions
Self-Study:    2.5 hours weekly
Mentoring & Networking: 6 sessions

You will have the opportunity to enroll in a program that provides professional skills or both professional and technical skills.

Note:

Please note that the opportunity to enroll will depend on meeting specific eligibility criteria to ensure your continued engagement and success in the program. We encourage all interested applicants with at least a Bachelor’s or undergraduate degree to apply and showcase their potential. Eligible applicants will be randomly selected for the program and across the two pathways if the program is oversubscribed. 

As part of this program, we are collaborating with researchers at Ashoka University to understand better women's challenges in navigating the labor market. You will be asked to complete regular surveys sharing details about your labor market experiences and challenges.
